The directory shows personal data of creators: first name, city, photograph, description, languages, sectors they work in and indicative rates.

This data comes from the profiles creators create and publish on Huuk, accepting its terms and conditions. The legal basis for processing is the consent given by the creator when publishing their profile and accepting those terms.

We publish first names only, never surnames, and we do not show direct contact details or sensitive information.

If you are a creator and want to change or remove your data, you can do it from your Huuk profile or write to info@zero1.media and we will stop showing your profile in the directory.

This site has no registration or contact forms, creates no user accounts and asks for no personal data in order to browse.

If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message for the sole purpose of replying, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, and keep them for as long as that exchange lasts.

The site is hosted by third-party services acting as data processors, which may process technical data needed to serve the pages, such as IP addresses in their server logs.

Directory profiles are read from a database hosted on Supabase, which acts as a data processor. This site only performs read queries: it does not write, modify or delete anything in that database.

Profile data is obtained from Huuk's infrastructure. We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Given the nature and scale of our processing, appointing a data protection officer is not mandatory. For any privacy matter you can write directly to info@zero1.media.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@zero1.media, stating which right you are exercising. We may ask you to prove your identity before replying, and we will answer within one month.

Where the legal basis is your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. For cookies, from the preferences panel; for anything else, by writing to us.

Exercising any of these rights is free of charge.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe the processing does not comply with the rules: the owner is established in Spain and its lead authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), but if you live in Italy you can address the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure how the site is used. We also plan to use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure campaign performance and, where applicable, build custom audiences on Facebook and Instagram, but it is not active today: even if you accept the marketing category, it does not load.

These tools process pseudonymised browsing data: cookie identifier, IP address, pages viewed, traffic source, device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not store the IP address: it uses it to infer approximate location and then discards it. We do not use this data to identify you by name or to make automated decisions with legal effects.

The page address is part of what is sent to Google Analytics. If you use the search, that includes the term you typed, because it travels in the URL (for example /en/creators?q=modena). We do not link it to any identity.

The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 22.2 LSSI-CE), collected through the cookie banner before any script loads. You can withdraw it at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Google and Meta act as processors or joint controllers depending on the purpose. Each cookie, its retention period and links to their policies are listed in the cookie policy.

Google and Meta may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and apply the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with supplementary encryption and pseudonymisation measures.

Our other providers (hosting, CDN and database) process data within the European Economic Area or under equivalent safeguards.

Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for the retention period configured on the property, up to a maximum of 14 months. The record of your consent is kept for 12 months.

Emails you send us are kept for as long as the exchange lasts and afterwards for the statutory limitation period of any potential liability.

Creator profiles are shown while they remain published on Huuk; once they are not, they disappear from the directory at the next refresh.

This site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14. If we identify such data, we delete it.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access to information, and providers with signed data processing agreements.

We use strictly necessary cookies to serve the pages and remember your privacy choice, plus analytics and marketing cookies that only activate with your consent.
