Cookie policy

A cookie is a small file downloaded to your device when you visit a website, used to store and retrieve information about your browsing. Alongside cookies we use equivalent technologies, such as browser local storage and tracking pixels, which follow the same rules.

This policy complements the legal notice and privacy policy of ZERO1 MEDIA SL, the owner of this site, and follows article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos cookie guidelines, the rules that apply to the owner as a company established in Spain.

These are required to serve the pages, keep the site secure and remember your privacy choices. They are exempt from the consent requirement and cannot be switched off in the panel.

They include cookies from our hosting provider and content delivery network, plus our own “ugcit_consent” cookie, which stores your banner choice for 12 months so we do not ask again on every visit.

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure how many people visit the site, which pages they read and where they come from. These load only if you accept the analytics category.

Main cookies: _ga (2 years) and _ga_<property ID> (2 years), used to distinguish users and keep session state.

Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address: it uses it to infer approximate location and then discards it. Google Consent Mode v2 is also enabled, so measurement stays off until consent is given.

If you use the site search, the term you type travels in the page address (for example /en/creators?q=modena) and is therefore part of the URL sent to Google Analytics once you have accepted analytics. We do not link it to any identity.

As of today the Meta Pixel is not active on this site: even if you accept the marketing category, no Meta script loads and none of its cookies are set. We keep the category in the panel and this section documented because we expect to enable it to measure our campaign results.

When we do enable it, it will be the pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, used to measure campaign results and, where applicable, show ads to custom audiences on Facebook and Instagram, and its main cookies will be _fbp (3 months) and, if you arrive from an ad, _fbc (3 months), which identify the browser to attribute visits and conversions.

Google and Meta may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also apply the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary encryption and pseudonymisation measures.

On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept everything, reject everything or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting: until you accept, no Google or Meta script is loaded.

You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, and from the button at the end of this page. Once changed, we stop loading the tools you rejected.

If you withdraw consent, the tools stop receiving new data immediately, but cookies already set may stay in your browser until they expire. To remove them straight away, delete them in your browser settings.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.

We keep the record of your consent for 12 months, after which we ask again. Retention periods for each cookie are listed in the sections above.
